In this video I show what happens to suction cups when you put them in a vacuum. I get an assortment of suction cups and stick them to the walls of the vacuum chamber. I talk about how suction cups work by removing the air from the inside of the cup and creating a pressure differential that causes the atmosphere to push the suction cup against the wall.
