Remix OS boot on Vivotab Note 8

Trying to boot Remix OS on Vivotab Note 8 (M80TA) using these settings: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/remix-os-for-pc/VjewxnSFXsg Boot seems to hang at this point. No usb activity and no further output on screen.
