Lots of people been asking
Lots of people been asking me for my work outs. Now the ones I do cater to me but the exercises are for anyone.
Exercises:
Power Cleans 4x5
Weighted Standing Jumps 3x10
Toe Squats 5x6 or 3x10
Standing Box Jumps 4x8
Single Leg Blasts 3x10 each leg
Deadlifts 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10 w/ physio/yoga ball
Single Leg Glute raise 3x10 each leg
Depth Box Jumps 3x10
2 Step Box Jumps 3x10
Don't do all of these in one work out!!!! Do 2-3 at most!!!
