Iran Hoot torpedo اژدر موشكی حوت ایران

April 2, 2006 (Persian calendar 1385/1/13) Hoot (Arabic: حوت‎; Whale) is an Iranian super cavitation torpedo that travels at approximately 360 km/h (220 mph), several times faster than a conventional torpedo. It has been successfully test-fired from a surface ship against a dummy submarine during the Iranian military exercise "Great Prophet" پیامبر بزرگ on 2 April 2006 and 3 April 2006. Iranian news agency IRNA said the torpedo was produced and developed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards
