Jaisyn Mike 619.5 lbs IPF Open Men world record bench press

This was one of the most incredible lifts I have ever seen! Jaisyn has been chasing this World Record for a long time. The previous IPF record was 617.3 lbs set back in 1987 by Ilyas Boughalem of Algeria. Jaisyn broke the Open world record as a Master's lifter (40-49 years).
