Week 10: ArcGIS Script Tools

Script tools are stored in your personal toolbox. They have several advantages: 1) they are portable and can be emailed, 2) they allow you to control user access to feature class types, parameters, etc, 3) they allow you to set default values so the user does not have to, 4) they are custom tools built with the user in mind
