The patient, a 55-year-old male with advanced periodontitis in the maxillary anterior region, presented with teeth that had been lost due to severe periodontitis. The main focus was on how to improve the ridge depression between the two central incisors. Due to significant medial bone loss in 22, it was strategically decided to extract it. Simultaneously, implants were planned for 11 and 22, along with soft tissue management. Tooth 11 had completely healed extraction sockets, allowing for the standard placement of a BlueDiamond implant. In the case of tooth 22, significant differences were observed between the mesial and distal bone levels. Additionally, a thin labial bone plate was present, necessitating flexibility to handle future socket remodeling. Hence, the decision was made to use the ARi implant system. As the existing soft tissue of the anterior region was insufficient for additional ridge contouring, a VIP flap with rotation of the palatal connective tissue was chosen. This method can be highly useful in certain cases, so pay close attention to the incision, dissection, and rotation techniques demonstrated in the video. #Contouring #Anterior #ThinRidge #ARi #BlueDiamond ️ 021- 490 23 https://wa.me/989190030383 www.sabadent.ir Instagram: @megagen_iran_naseri https://instagram.com/megagen_iran_naseri | صباتجارت مطمئن
