Moscow conference on countering Takfirism

A conference on countering extremist and radical ideologies has brought together theologians and Muslim scholars from Russia and Iran in the Russian capital Moscow. As our correspondents Marina Kurtonova reports, participants shared the idea that extremist and Takfiri groups like Daesh were created in order to tarnish the image of Islam.
