Testing the claim of the McNutt Magnetic Motor.

This is a simple test of the McNutt Magnetic Motor design featured on peswiki.com. In my opinion, if there were any truth to the claim of the inventor, he would have simply posted a video of a working version, as it's not a very complex design to piece together. You don't have to be a master machinist like CLaNZeR, to prove this design doesn't even come close to working.
