Steam Turbine: RPM Test with Compressed Air (34000rpm @35psi)

Dont Forget To - LIKE | SUBSCRIBE | SHARE This just a short test of my steam turbine that i will install in my parabolic trough mirror for my senior thesis. In this test it reaches 34500 rpm @ 35psi. I could easily increase the pressure and see what it can do, but unfortunately the bearings are rated to 40k rpm max, so i didn't want to push them to their limits. Bear in mind that my trough mirror can produce 65-70 psi steam so i think the only solution is to use full ceramic bearings. My next video w
