Air Command and Control System (ACCS) allows NATO and the Nations to manage air operations over NATO European territory and out of area when deployed. It is NATO's most valuable program to date, and will eventually cover 10 million square kilometers of airspace. This advance system, supported and maintained by the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) integrates such functions as aircraft control, air traffic control, command and control and airspace surveillance among others.
