This is the zoomed in, 10x speed animation output from ANSYS for a complete scratch test simulation which includes normal loading with scratch and unloading of a sample. Due to very fine meshing of the model, the entire simulation of a 120-second experiment took nearly eight hours to complete. Half Axisymmetry model was used for this simulation.
