Arduino IDE with an STM32F103 board

Brief overview of the installation of the files required to program a generic STM32F103 and Maple Mini boards using the Arduino IDE. Note. Since making this video much newer releases of the Arduino IDE have been released. Please now using version 1.6.9 instead of 1.5.8 . Along with a demo of the I2CScanner from the Arduino Playground working OK with a BMP180 barometer module and a MPU9150 motion sensor. There is a now a wiki for this.
