Tutorial: How to Limit Bandwidth in Apache (WAMP/XAMPP) {Rate-Limit}

I was looking a lot of tutorials and I finally did it, so this is my little tutorial for you. First: Be sure that you have this module without "#" LoadModule ratelimit_module modules/mod_ratelimit.so Then go to your documment root and add this: SetOutputFilter RATE_LIMIT SetEnv rate-limit 125 The 125 means 125KiB/s, so change it like you want. Save, restart and enjoy! :) Apache version used: apache 2.4.18
