Dopamine transporter and antidepressant

Drosophila dopamine transporter belongs to the sodium neurotransmitter symporter family and has a fold similar to LeuT. There are a few differences. TM12 close to the C terminus has a kink at its center, and its following region makes a hairpin turn and interacts with cytoplasmic face of the transporter.
