Adrian Bejan on the Constructal Law the Physics of Freedom

Adrian Bejan is the J.A. Jones Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Applied Physics at Duke. Among his many accolades, Professor Bejan was awarded the Benjamin Franklin Medal in 2018 and the Humboldt Research Award in 2019. He is ranked among the top 0.01% of the most cited and impactful scientists in the world and top 10 in Engineering, with an H-index of 101. He is the author of 30 books and has more than 79,000 citations on Google Scholar. We talked about one of the central tenets of this channel, the fundamental role that physics plays in evolution, and about his discovery of something he refers to as the Constructal Law.
