IRGC is in the Frontlines! | Leader of the Islamic Revolution The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) - Sipah-e-Pasdaran - is sometimes known as the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution and other times as the Guardians of the System of Wilayat al-Faqih. This noble force was founded by Imam Khomeini (R). After the general Iranian population\'s support of the System of Wilayat al-Faqih, IRGC is by far the greatest hurdle for the enemies to overthrow the Islamic System in Iran. Finally, on April 8, 2019, the United States of America, out of ultimate frustration of its plots failed at the hands of IRGC, decides to declare IRGC as a terrorist organization.
