So prior to this workout I was pretty tired so I did a pretty thorough warm up and roll out. After that what was not filmed were the warm of sets to the explosive progression box jumps which consisted of 3x5 on the bottom box. Then I did 5x5 with two boxes which equals about to 48 inches. This was actually the first time I tried these out as I noticed how slow and not as explosive my jumps have been lately. So had to chase for that explosive feeling with small jumps to big in a somewhat efficient way. Afte
