Hey guys! The deadlift exercise has been used to measure strength and power. Today I'll show you a deadlift variation that will target your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back! This is a great exercise for your legs and glutes day! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a bench, so you can probably do this at home as well! Make sure to maintain proper form! It can be easy to put too much stress on your lower back so just follow my tips to make sure you stay safe and achieve maximum results!
