By a misunderstanding it was not In Belgium but in the Netherlands.
Sorry it's stuck instead of "stucked"
On August 14th 2017, the CSCL JUPITER has ran aground on the river Scheldt near Bath in the Netherlands. She is to stuck to be pulled free by the tugboats at this moment. The stern is in 15m depth water while the bow is aground
