One of the concepts in Islam is the concept of Shahadat (martyrdom). When compared to other religions, Islam places much emphasis on the concept of martyrdom; of giving up one's wealth, property, loved ones, and even one's life for the cause of Allah. In this clip, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei describes the deeds of martyrs, but he also points out the living martyrs of a second bunker, far away from the frontlines of the battle. The Leader speaks about the families and even the friends and acquaintances of martyrs who have defended the frontlines at home. A single drop of blood from a martyr, blooms a thousand other flowers ready and awaiting martyrdom.
