Making Fireproof Overshoes

This is a video showing how to make protective footwear for metal casting. I am working with aluminized Kevlar with ceramic fiber for insulation. Metal casting and can be fun but there is always a danger involved. This video offers an incredibly cheap solution by purchasing military surplus hardware for the upper body and making something to cover your feet.
