This is a case of a 60-year-old female patient who had previously received multiple implant treatments. She presented with secondary caries beneath the maxillary left anterior fixed prosthesis, leading to complaints of bad odor and discomfort. The posterior teeth were in a maintainable condition, but the anterior tooth had deep caries, necessitating extraction.
In the CBCT, it was possible to confirm the ARi implant, which harmonized well with the root membrane. This case effectively demonstrated the concept of the ARi implant system, utilizing the basal bone as the 'zone of osseointegration' and the alveolar bone as the 'zone of contourization.
