HEIDAR BABA is a poetical work written by Mohammad Hossein Shahriar, the famous Iranian poet. Published in 1954 in Tabriz. Heydar Baba is the name of a mountain overlooking the village of Shahriars hometown near Tabriz, Iran. In HEIDAR BABA, Shahriar narrates human capacity to embrace the beauty and to creating artistic civilizations yet ends with nostalgia of human destructive selfishness which abandons heartly built civilizations for individual possessions not knowing that humanity cannot survive individually . HEIDAR BABA is an extraordinary colorful painting with poets own expressive delicate dynamic voice runs over mountains, passes by ever joyful voices of children and caring people bonded with one another through their conscious mindful existence as a collective soul, all are singing in a united chorus. Down in cool places, and such an intimate voice reminds us about a significant loss: Lost Childhood, Passive Silent massive violence which manifests itself only when active violence explodes and destroys civilizations.
