Hubsan X4 Pro H109S Drone lake flight and crash into water

Flying my Hubsan X4 drone above Pipe Lake in Washington State. Everything was good until a strong wind gust hit the drone while in GPS mode and sent the drone into a crazy oscillation that I couldn't recover from. The drone crashed in 40+ feet of water. I managed to use the last GPS coordinates to drop a buoy and it took me over a week to recover it off the bottom with an underwater camera and a hook attached to it.
