[UE4] How to install the plugin in Unreal Engine 4 | Building Tools Example

After buying select your current version of UE4 and download plugins for this version. Then create "Plugins" folder in folder of your project and move plugin files in this folder. Then reload your project. Select "Edit" on top side of UE window, then click "Plugins". Scroll to bottom and select "Building". Check "Enable" to true.
