Leader commends return of Iran's naval group from major mission

Irans leader has issued a congratulatory message on the return of an Iranian naval flotilla from its mission to the Atlantic Ocean. Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei described the return as praiseworthy for the countrys navy. The chief commander of Irans Navy says the flotilla sailed through some 45 thousand kilometers during the voyage. According to Real Admiral Shahram Irani, the fleet which includes Sahand Destroyer and Makran forward base ship has arrived in Irans territorial waters. He says the navys top priority is to provide security for commercial vessels by sending warships to high seas missions.
