RX 580/570 Are Reviewers Helping or Hurting the GPU Industry?

With the release of AMDs RX 500 series GPUs there're many mixed results out there. Looking at several different websites it's clear to see that negative reviews seem to stem from testing games well before the release of AMD's Polaris architecture even launched is part of the problem.
