A War Memory by IRIAF Brg. Gen. Edraki about Shooting Down an Iraqi MiG-23

IRIAF Brg. Gen. Nasser Edraki explains how he shot down an Iraqi MiG-23 over the Persian Gulf in his F-14 Tomcat while on bingo fuel using a single Phoenix missile during the Iran-Iraq War in 1980's. The Iraqi pilot ejects and is rescued by IRIN SAR helicopter. Interestingly, when he lands his F-14 in Boushehr, he meets the Iraqi MiG pilot and consoles him. They even have lunch together before he was sent to POW camp in Tehran!
