Martyr Beheshti (R) and Imam Khomeini (R) On Wilayat al-Faqih

In the occultation of Imam Mahdi (ATFS),, our Fuqaha have the general Wilayah (authority) on the Muslim Ummah. And a conditions fulfilling Faqih (or a group of Fuqaha) are to manage and administer the affairs of the Muslim Ummah.
