Removing Reel Change Marks in After Effects

Seeing a lot of comments on the forum, people wishing the reel change/cue marks were removed from the Jedi Print. Normally these don't bother me - they're only on screen for 8 frames per reel and were part of every film you ever saw at the cinema until about 2014. But if they bother you that much, you'll be pleased to learn how easy it is to remove them.
