Creative Cities: Research Past and Future

In 2014, Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, the Joyce Foundation and the Cultural Policy Center hosted a series of discussions with members of the Chicago arts community to envision Chicago as a creative city in 2050.
