Painting Twin Buttes - Colorful Landscape in San Angelo, Texas For this painting I was experimenting with color by enhancing them more. Normally I would create more depth by painting the hills in lighter subtle tones.. But seeing as Twin Buttes is the focal point I wanted them to stand out but not too much otherwise the depth would be lost.. Materials used: 24 x 36 inch stretched canvas, acrylic paints Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
