FBI report expected to provide details on Saudi role in 9/11

Families of the victims of the nine-eleven attacks in the US are expecting their government to release an FBI report on the possible role of Saudi Arabia on the 20th anniversary of the attacks. The families are suing the Saudi government for its complicity in the attacks that killed nearly three thousand people. The 16-page report is an analysis of the FBIs investigation into the activities of two Saudi hijackers. The report is expected to provide details on other Saudis who helped the pair in California in 2000. The families lawyers believe they can prove that a group of Saudi officials had conspired with the two al-Qaeda operatives. President Joe Biden ordered the release last week. This is after victims families said the US president would not be welcome at anniversary memorials.
