This beautiful toy can both balance and spin. It is made from very simple materials - 2 coffee stirrers, a human figure made from wire and other odd bits and a pen with a dent at its rear end. First make the Wireman using thin wire, sleeve and a bead. Notice the pivot near the tail. Insert one coffee stirrer each in both legs of the wire man. These will increase the weight and also the stability of the model. Now you have made a Wireman with long legs. Insert a sleeve as feet on both legs. Finally phase out
