Venezuela asks ICC to probe US sanctions as crime against humanity

Venezuela has submitted a report to the International Criminal Court (ICC) with "evidence of the damage caused by US unilateral sanctions. Lives have also been lost, not to mention the economic damage. But Venezuela is not the only country suffering from US sanctions.
