Problems with Darkmatter and the Bullet Cluster Fraud

The search for some invisible matter that's holding galaxies together is reminiscent of the search for the "luminiferous aether" that everybody knew was there ... but wasn't. Dark matter has much in common with the Emperor's New Clothes ... everybody in the imperial court "sees" it ... but it's still not there. The primary question in these cases is identical ... when will the embarrassment end?
