How to Fix Error Code NP-34993-8 PS4

Make a completely new account and activate it as your primary ps4. Don't do anything else then just go back to your main account and the padlock should be gone. If not try restoring your license on the new account is that doesn't work try restoring your license on your main account. If that doesn't work just comment and I'l try to help you.
