World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim visited two ports in Jakarta to see why the country’s logistics costs are so high – among the highest in East Asia. In order to lower these costs and boost Indonesia's competitiveness, World Bank Group support to strengthen maritime logistics and improve ports infrastructure will increase substantially.
