Hi everybody! I’m Jan Klose, Creative Director here at Deck13. Our hardcore Action-RPG The Surge releases soon, coming 16 May 2017 for PlayStation 4. Today I’m excited to show off our Target, Loot and Equip trailer, which highlights The Surge’s limb-slicing loot system in all its bloody, brutal glory. The Surge’s combat system lets you target enemies’ specific body parts, before damaging them. The resulting dismembered part then determines what piece of equipment is looted.
