How to repair Johnson Navigator CW tube Transmitter Operate switch D-lab

I purchased this Navigator from a fellow Ham a few years back. "Mint cond" right-o! Well, turned out to be a maintenance challenge. Main issue was a intermittent operate switch. To my surprise, it was not an original switch. Lots of cobbling had taken place over the years. Took me many hours to bring the old gal back into operational condition. Looks like King Kobbler got me again!
