Export Civil 3D 2013 Drawing to Google Earth

Since the Export to Google Earth has been removed from Civil 3D 2013 we come up with a simple work around until this process is improved. It uses Sketchup Pro which does cost about $500 but is worth it if you take advantage of the features of SketchUp Which is now owned by Trimble. We are still working on other ways but this was a simple quick fix.
