Spray Simulation with Pulsed Injection and Evaporation

Water spray is injected into co-flowing hot and dry air stream in pulses of 100ms. Water droplets are assumed to enter the domain as spherical particles of 0.1mm diameter at 380K. As they move through the domain, they evaporate while picking up the latent heat from surrounding hot air. Therefore, the droplets vanish on complete evaporation downstream in the flow while cooling the air stream. The water-vapor content in the air rises as the water jet penetrates further into the air stream.
