Windows language bar missing [Fix]

Edit: HOLLY SH*T ALMOST 50000 VIEWS Did it on my first try xD This video shows you how to fix problem with missing language bar on Windows 7(Vista,Xp).I found the solution by my own if it doesn't works then PM me and I will help you. Also sorry for my accent I'm Armenian. Note:You must have language bar enabled from Region and Language settings.
