Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City : How to defeat the Tyrants

In order to defeat the tyrants quickly and efficientally you must shoot them in the head hundreds of times but you also need to ''dolphin dive'' (run and go prone), this mission took me close to 8 minutes but it was quite annoying being ran at by two 7 foot dudes every 30 seconds.
