Inside the Smithfield Plant

Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) gets a look inside the Tar Heel, NC Smithfield plant. The company has twice been found guilty of multiple labor law violations in an attempt to keep the United Food Commercial Workers (UFCW) from representing 5000 workers at the plant. The plant is the largest pork processing plant in the world.
