Solo C4 Rattlesnake: Frontier Barracks Edition

This is my own take on a C4 site running Rattlesnake. Usually the Rattlesnakes that are fit for C4 wormhole sites are passive fit, so I decided to be different by fitting up an active PvP fit that can also run the sites for baiting. The fit I show in the beginning (import to clipboard text below) is the cheaper, better for site running if that's all you're doing, PvE version, of my own PvP fit.
