Dr. G. Russell Huffman of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania shows a technique that uses the 1.8mm Y-Knot® Flex All-Suture Anchor for an arthroscopic low-bicipital groove biceps tenodesis. The Y-Knot Flex All-Suture Anchor will be placed on the posterior side of the humerus, creating a soft "button" like fixation point while one of the free strands of suture is stitched to the long-head of the biceps tendon and the other is used to pull the tendon into the bony socket.
