In this session, three important topics; namely Simple Kriging, Ordinary Kriging, and Kriging of the mean which were covered in our 11th session was restated and the relation among these three themes was elaborated in some detail. In particular, it is claimed that if we are given a single, partial realization of a random function, then simple kriging derived by m obtained from kriging of the mean is equivalent with ordinary kriging. This can be proved analytically. Then, we moved to the third and fourth scenarios of combing the four concepts. According to the provided road map, our third and fourth scenarios are:  Scenario #3: Known and constant mean, variable variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations;  Scenario #4: Unknown and constant mean, variable variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations; We first covered the ten-steps to obtain the attribute under consideration for the fourth scenario and comment of the third scenario to be considered as dead end in Geostatistics. We will cover this third scenario in our upcoming session on Monday. It might help to summarize the remaining four scenarios to be covered in later sessions.  Scenario #5: Known and variable mean, constant variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations;  Scenario #6: Unknown and variable mean, constant variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations;  Scenario #7: Known mean, variable mean and variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations;  Scenario #8: Unknown mean, variable mean and variance with support size for estimations being equal to support size for observations;
