Part 2 – Generating Absence Locations and Assigning Spatial Data 1. From the top row, select “Vector”  “Research Tools”  “Random Points” to generate 455 random points (“Use this number of points” = “455”) using the “Unstratified Sampling Design (Entire layer)” option a. Save as “bison_abs” in “NewShapefiles” 2. Export “bison_pres” and save it as “bison_pres1” in “NewShapefile
